Partial-Vacuum Distillation
Santa Ana is distilled through partial-vacuum distillation - a method inspired by fine perfumery and mastered in Charente, France.
Gentle Yet Precise
Instead of the traditional 80°C range, Santa Ana is distilled at 50°C. This technique preserves the extraction of the most exquisite and delicate of aromas, without heat degradation, resulting in Santa Ana’s incredibly smooth liquid, with a luscious, high sensory aroma.
