Ingredients

Santa Ana Pomelo Gin: 45 ml
Yuzu Seasoning or Juice: 15 ml
Soda Water

Garnish

Lemon or Grapefruit Twist
Highball Glass

Method

Add Santa Ana Pomelo Gin and yuzu seasoning or juice to a highball glass filled with ice. Add soda water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a twist of lemon or grapefruit.
