Ingredients

Santa Ana Pomelo Gin: 50 ml
Lemon Juice: 25 ml
Simple Syrup: 20 ml
Soda Water: 90 ml

Garnish & Glass

Lemon Slice
Collins Glass

Method

Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and soda water in a cocktail shaker and short shake. Strain into a Collins glass with ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
