Ingredients
Santa Ana Pomelo Gin: 45 ml
Lemon Juice: 25 ml
Grapefruit Juice: 40 ml
Simple Syrup: 15 ml
Soda water
Garnish & Glass
Half-Rim of Salt & Slice of Dehydrated
Grapefruit/ Edible Flowers
Highball Glass
Method
Add Santa Ana Pomelo Gin, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup (if using unsweetened grapefruit juice) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, then pour into a highball glass with a half-rim of salt and fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated grapefruit or edible flowers.
