A refreshing drink that perfectly combines the flavours of Matcha and Ylang Ylang
Ingredients
Santa Ana Florale Gin: 50 ml
Ceremonial Grade Matcha Tea: ¼ tsp
Simple Syrup: 20 ml
Soda Water
Garnish & Glass
Highball Glass
Method
Add gin, matcha powder, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the matcha is fully blended. Strain into a highball glass over ice and top with soda water. Stir gently to combine.
