Ingredients
Santa Ana Florale Gin: 50 ml
Tonic Water
Hibiscus Tea Bag
Simple Syrup or Honey: 5 ml
Garnish & Glass
Highball Glass
Method
Add Santa Ana Florale Gin, simple syrup or honey, and a hibiscus tea bag to a highball glass. Stir gently and let the infusion begin. Fill the glass with ice, top with tonic water, stir once more to combine and let steep for 8 minutes.
