Santa Ana’s take on the French 75. An indulgent, alluring drink that perfectly captures Santa Ana Florale’s bold sophistication.
Ingredients
Santa Ana Florale Gin: 45 ml
Lemon Juice: 15 ml
Simple Syrup or Honey: 10 ml
Top with Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Garnish
Orchid or Gold Leaf
Coupe Glass
Method
Pour Santa Ana gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake hard for 15-20 seconds. Double strain into chilled champagne coupe, top with champagne or sparkling wine.
