Ingredients
Santa Ana Pomelo Gin: 50 ml
Grapefruit Juice: 30 ml
Ginger Syrup: 15 ml
Champagne Top
Garnish & Glass
Grapefruit Zest
Coupe Glass
Method
Add all ingredients except champagne to a tin filled with ice and shake. Strain in a coupe glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
