A fresh take on the classic Cosmopolitan, swapping vodka for Santa Ana Pomelo Gin.

Ingredients

Santa Ana Pomelo Gin: 45 ml
Grapefruit Liqueur: 15 ml
Fresh Lime Juice: 15 ml
Cranberry Juice: 15 ml

Garnish & Glass

Thin Pomelo Peel or a Lime Wedge
Coupe Glass

Method

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a thin twist of pomelo or a lime wedge.
