Ingredients

Santa Ana Florale Gin: 50 ml
Lemon Juice: 25 ml
Simple Syrup: 40 ml
1 Egg White
1⁄4 tsp Matcha

Garnish & Glass

Highball Glass

Method

Add gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, egg white, and matcha to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled and frothy. Double strain into a chilled coupe and dust with matcha powder.
